An easy day of fasting, just a few more days and Ramadan will be over, actually next Wednesday. My husband had a taste for Lasagna and being the great cook that I am. I prepared this delicious Iftar meal. Bon Appetite 🙂

It was and as my husband reminds me it is. It is only us two, but the lasagna was enough to feed eight or more. He says to “freeze it, he’ll take it for lunch.” lol
